Allow multiple email addresses for alert notification

For alerts like CPU utilization and storage monitoring; allow the ability to add other email addresses for those alerts.

Currently its just for one email address; the owner of the account. We have multiple accounts that we support

Bill Bailey

Add a check box for which admins receive notifications such as "low disk space" etc. Will allow faster response and opportunity to add storage etc.
