We have multiple tenants and multiple admins. Our customers also have admin rights to make changes on their account. We need to be able to track what admin did what change and when, not just for billing purposes, but for regulatory compliance. These changes should also include changes to hardware, password resets, etc., and should include who (admin) where (IP address of the logged in account) and what (change that was done) as well as confirmation of when V2's automation applied the change to the endpoint.
