Hi. I encountered a problem yesterday. I created a User for Piper desktop - Devin Poirier. I made a mistake when setting it up and then deleted it. I then created another user with same name. (1) The system said the email already existed. Yet, the email and user had been deleted. (2) I put is a new password. When I tried to log in for that user, it would not accept the new password -- rich4IRCH. Instead, it worked with the old password which had been deleted with the user -- Piper1234. I've encountered this issue before and it is a bug that needs attention. When a user is deleted and not assigned to any desktop, the data for that user should no longer exist anywhere. You tech guy said that once an email is created, it can never be deleted. That's normal behavior.
