Option to disable MFA for email for Certain Users

The MFA security option should allow us to choose or disable email for Users. Our data security plan and Insurance requires us to be all MFA via SMS or authenticator App. They do not approve email option so need this feature to turn On and Off email based MFA based on the Users (Location based).

My apologies, users can disable email MFA by themselves, but admin cannot do it for them yet.

I see this item has been marked as “Complete” but I don’t see instructions for how to disable the email-based MFA codes. Am I missing something?
